PCI Compliance

Elavon will contact you and direct you to an online form to fill out. This form takes around 10 – 20 mins to fill out and asks questions relating to keeping your customers’ data secure. You will have up-to 90 days to complete the form which you can do online or over the phone. Once completed, you are PCI compliant and need not worry about it until the following year when you get another email about your PCI. Like an MOT it needs doing every year to make sure you a compliant. We cannot do it for you due to the data protection laws.  Failure to being compliant will incur fines up-to and for the duration of the year until the next application is due so please take the time to fill in the form. What is PCI DSS compliance?

IMPORTANT NOTE

Your monthly PCI management fee does not cover non compliance fees which can be costly to your business so you must ensure you remain compliant.

Therefore, you must renew your PCI DSS certificate on an annual basis in order to remain compliant and avoid non-compliance fees from the acquirer
